Telemedicne is the most important step in cutting costs and increasing service quality in health enable communication between health professionals in order to give doctors in remote location access to specialist knowledge and monitoring of patients remotely for home care or emergency applications. recent advances in development of short range (Bluetooth) and wide area (GPRS, UMTS) wireless technologies, have made possible development of new generation of telemedicne systems that should provide mobile, wearable and flexible health monitoring system.
